Cypress Hills Residence

A passive solar home that actually cut energy bills by 60%. The clients were skeptical at first, but now they're our biggest advocates.

LEED Platinum

Waterfront Innovation Hub

Six floors of co-working space with a living wall that's become a bit of a local landmark. The rooftop garden wasn't in the original plan, but we're glad we pushed for it.

Coal Harbour Loft

Turned a cramped 1200 sq ft into something that feels twice as big. All about the sightlines and natural light flow.

Urban Design

Fraser Street Greenway

Working with the city on this one was intense but totally worth it. We transformed three blocks of underused space into pedestrian-friendly zones with native plant species and stormwater management systems that actually work.

Granville Island Bistro

The owner wanted something 'not too fancy but memorable' - we delivered reclaimed wood, industrial touches, and lots of character.

Kitsilano Row Houses

Four units that look cohesive but each has unique interior layouts. Tight lot, tighter budget, but we made it happen.

LEED Silver

Richmond Community Library

Public projects come with extra scrutiny, and we had about a dozen community meetings before breaking ground. The end result? A building that folks actually want to spend time in.

Net-Zero Energy

Burnaby Net-Zero Home

This was our first net-zero project and honestly, we learned a ton. Solar panels, triple-pane windows, the works. The family's energy bill last winter? $12.

Tech Startup Office - Gastown

They wanted 'fun but professional' which is trickier than it sounds. Lots of flexible spaces, biophilic design elements, and yes, a ping pong table.

Urban Planning

Olympic Village Plaza Redesign

Reimagined the whole public space flow here. Added more seating, better lighting, and created zones for different activities. It's become way more lively since the revamp.

West End Condo Renovation

Gut renovation of a dated 90s condo. Knocked down some walls (carefully!), opened everything up, and brought in way more natural light.

Completed: December 2024

LEED Gold

Surrey Business Park

Multi-tenant commercial space that's surprisingly energy-efficient for its size. Green roofs, rainwater harvesting, and a central atrium that reduced the need for artificial lighting by 40%.

Completed: April 2023

Yaletown Residential Tower

Our tallest project to date - 18 stories with views for days. Balancing everyone's desire for corner units was... challenging. But we got creative with the floor plans.
